  13.     I want to get a C or C++ (Borland Turbo C++ 3.0 for DOS) program 
  14.     which can re-format the (*.htm)HTML file format to (*.txt)text file 
  15.     format (under DOS, not 95. :<), hope you don't mind to help me to 
  16.     write this program freely... 
  17.     OR can tell/give me where this software can be found in internet!
  18.     because I'm very busy in many subjects in college!! 
  19.     (Nearly not sleep everynight...SOS!!)
  20.     Better with source code and no other libs used and before May 1996.
